Veterans, join us for an ice fishing weekend! We have a lodge generously donated with limited space available for overnight stay, but you don’t need to say over to join in on the fishing, food, and camaraderie.

Either way, come and go as you need throughout the weekend. We have fishing gear if you need, all you need is a valid fishing license.
ITINERARY:
Friday, February 28
Arrive at lodge any time after 10:00am. We will be fishing on Fife Lake all day. Off ice at 1:00pm for grazing lunch and 7:00pm chili dinner.
Saturday, March 1
Arrive at lodge any time after 8:00am. We will fish on Fife Lake until catfish fry lunch then departure for second fishing option.
3:00pm - Meet at Arbutus Lake Boat Launch, Traverse City for crappie fishing. We will finish all fishing when the bite stops and head back to the lodge for snacks.
Sunday, March 2
Arrive at lodge any time after 8:00am. We will be fishing on Fife Lake all day. Head back into the lodge for steak dinner at 7:00pm.
Monday, March 3
Clean-up and depart

The cabin is located on the southwest side of Fife Lake, tucked in behind two islands.
Find your way to US131 and Lakeshore Dr.
Drive on Lakeshore Dr. for 1.1 miles until you see a small West Dr. street sign (if you see a boat ramp you went about a 1/4 mile to far).
Turn left onto West Dr. (look for 22 2 None flag) and go down this dirt road/driveway for 1/4 mile until you go over a small bridge which leads to the cabin.
After you cross the bridge stay to the left and look for the “Guest Parking” sign about 100’ past the bridge.
Enter the house through the door under the overhang.
